We accept most CLEAN and dry Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE), labeled as #4, plastic film and bags.
At our facility, we transform collected glass into recycled sand and gravel that are repurposed locally for a wide range of applications, including sandblasting media, pavers, and landscaping materials. Foam collected through our program is processed and compressed into dense blocks, which are then supplied to manufacturing partners that incorporate the material into new products such as residential crown moulding. Plastic film is carefully baled and provided to companies that convert recycled materials into durable composite products, including outdoor decking and building materials like those produced by Trex Company.
Not at all! The equipment we use leverages a patented process to mill and tumble glass. The resulting products are certainly rough (think coarse sand and gravel), but the sharp edges are gone.
